Dry Hire

Dry Hire Our Recording Studio

Whilst we love nothing more than being able to contribute and guide you through the process of gaining a perfect recording, many people have a lot of the skills and the desire to work on their own music. We appreciate that it’s no longer always the model that a recording is done end to end in one facility.

To that end, we do offer our facilities for hire to suitably qualified or experienced people.

Dry Hire Terms and Times:

Hire includes the full studio, including live room, control room, all microphones, leads and hardware, outboard gear and use of computer and interface.

You may wish to use your own computer or you can use our Apple Mac including software ( ProTools ) and hard drives.

The hire does not include an engineer or any amount of setup, although of course, we will be there to get you settled in. It is assumed that you know what you are doing. Please consider also booking the familiarisation training, if you’re unsure.

In any case please see our equipment list and ensure that we have what you need and you are comfortable using it.

Optional Extras:

  • Two-hour training/familiarisation session (£50)
  • Lock-in rate, so you don’t have to take down and set up again the next day. You must leave by midnight ( £30 per day )

Please Note You will need to book training and dry hire session separately if you want both. The Training is provided by Graeme who has separate availability to the studio.
